If you pay by credit or debit card, you may see Uncle Pete’s Toys on your invoice and on your transaction history. You can pay online using:

- Paypal
- Afterpay (terms and conditions)
- Zip (terms and conditions)

You can also order and pay online, and pick up your items in store, with our ‘Click and Collect’ option. If you select ‘Click and Collect’ at checkout please pick up your items from our store within 3 business days. After this time there is a risk that your items will be returned to the shelves and your money refunded (we will contact you before this happens). Your item is ready to collect when the order status moves to 'Awaiting Collection'. You can view your order status at any time in your account.
We take security very seriously.
This store is built on Big Commerce. Big Commerce are audited annually ensure their compliance to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
It is their policy not to hold any Account Data such as credit and debit card account names, numbers or security codes. Credit or debit card details are not held within your account.
Online purchases made by credit card are all managed by Stripe. Stripe also maintains the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
When will I be charged?
Your card will be debited once your payment has been approved.
Sometimes, there is a gap between the initial authorisation of your purchase at our site and final approval from your card issuer. Even if payment is not authorised, some card issuers may still reserve the money, so you might not be able to use it for a short period. If you have any questions about money held in reserve, you can contact your card issuer.
