So you’ve placed your order - what happens next?
If you have placed an order within our business hours our team will get started on processing it straight away. Otherwise, we’ll get started on the next business day.
*Please note, some bulky or heavy items are Click and Collect only. We will contact you if this is the case. If you would like to know more about how particular items are shipped, please contact us.
If you have selected ‘Click and Collect’ we ask that you please pick up your items in the Dubbo store within 3 business days.
How much does it cost?
All our shipping is conducted through Australia Post. Our flat rate shipping Australia-wide is $13 (excludes bulky and heavy items*).
We do not ship outside of Australia at this stage.
When will my package arrive?
We know you’re excited and impatient to receive your order.
Our guarantee to you is that all items will be packaged and shipped within 1 business day.
Our postage is handled by Australia Post. Delivery times do vary between different states, so some areas will receive parcels quicker than others. We like to keep you in the loop, so you’ll be notified each step of the way via email.
